About Lem-Duit Property Maintenance

Sam Gill started in the construction business as a young man, working with his dad. He worked on many different jobs and acquired skills in a variety of areas. Approximately ten years ago he began working for himself, doing small jobs and getting good results and encouraging feedback from customers. Along with growth comes challenges, however, and Sam soon realized that although he was a very talented young man, he did not possess the expertise to fulfill the needs of all who called upon him for help. He realized that skilled workers and more hands were required to accomplish the diversity of tasks within a reasonable time. With this in mind, he decided to assemble a diverse team of skilled workers. He began carefully observing and selecting team members in order to put together a group with the ability to offer superior service, and work together on an ever-increasing number of different projects. The team grew and worked well together, as each member contributed a unique asset. The results were rewarding, and Sam’s visionary plan was a success.
In 2010 he founded Lemi-Duit Property Maintenance, formed a limited liability company and took his business to the next level. He began doing commercial work, and obtained contracts to maintain buildings for clients including Bed, Bath & Beyond, Harbor Freight, Sports Authority and Michael’s. While maintaining these commercial properties, he continued to pursue his dream of an old fashioned contracting business – a business where homeowners develop a relationship with their contractor and have an ongoing, go-to solution to maintaining their homes. The Lemi-Duit team provided the manpower and ability to fulfill this dream. Soon the team was working on additions, renovations and remodeling of both historic and modern properties, and the young company grew and prospered.
Today we see the results of our efforts and dedication to the dream. Our customers call us back for additional work, and have trust and confidence that our prices are fair, their needs will be met, and the service they receive will be dependable. Many of our jobs come from word of mouth referrals, as our customers rave to their friends about our skilled, reliable work. We are very excited and grateful for the success we are enjoying, and are looking forward to the next phase of growth.
